The Challenge runs through May 24. Activities will fall under three categories: Get Fit, Eat Well, and Find Balance. Everything from tennis, eating a full serving of fruit, and partaking in a mind-easing activity count toward the overall goal within the 2013 HealthAhead Day Challenge. Retirees can participate too!
