“Thanks to the Edison program, I have the opportunity to realize rotations in different locations, which are really interesting and complete my profile. My PhD was on a subject, which was mixing mechanics, aerodynamics, material, electronics, control law…and I still love discovering new fields and studying multiphysics phenomena. Now I am doing my last rotation in the GRC. It concentrates the research of all the other GE sites and gathers all kinds of expertise and domains of applications.”

“My most rewarding experience at GE is the opportunity to reach the full potential of my career path. I was not quite sure about where I would end up in five years when I graduated from university. Luckily, after the two-year rotations with 40+ training courses, my real interests became clear, my technical expertise was shaped, and I now have some idea about my the next steps in my career. I’m thankful for the Edison Engineering program, especially for its help in aligning my personal strengths with business growth.”
