Dear GE,
I read this in your webiste daily, but maybe you hiring managers are not?
I have applied for over 100 jobs where I think I would qualified, I have 16 years experience in wireless engineering and management industry, and 11 years in systems and Aerospace engineering and Project management.
I have worked globally (88 countries) went to school in Indonesia, Germany, and USA.
US MArine Corps Veteran, Secret Clearance from DOD, design nuclear submarines and MX Missile rockets,a minority among minorities, and speaks several languages.
Is GE only hiring a certain group, race or age engineer? I think I can be trained equally as the new graduates without any experience at all.
In the past 2 months and I already have some 78 rejections. While the job opening is being posted again and again bypassing me.
Does GE really monitor its hiring managers?
