Power Plant construction employs hundreds of local union members

Work is underway to upgrade the Homer City Power Plant. It’s been labeled as one of the dirtiest in the country, but new scrubbers are being added to the chimneys to cut down on air pollution. General Electric said it could breathe new life into the economy.

The waste water from the “clean stack” shall be clean-up by an “advanced settlement tank”.
The “advanced settlement tank” have a water sludge wall around the inside the settlement tank to catch the pollutions in the waste water.
I also hope to cooperate with GE to realize this “advanced settlement tank”.
