I really hope that this program gets off the ground with other companies it is a great idea. I will be transitioning soon and I know how hard it is to figure out were I can fit in. I have a long back ground in military aviation but it is hard to translate my back ground to the civilian side of things. I really appreciate that your company is working so hard to help out the qualified military personnel.
Thank you Joshua!

I’m nearing completion of my A&P license and previously spent 4 years US Navy as an intermediate and depot level maintenance technician on the F414. I reside in Washington state and I’m having trouble finding positions to fit my skill set. I figured with Boeing nearby my best bet would be General Electric or Rolls Royce. Any help in narrowing my search would be welcomed. Thank you for your time.
