Meet Michele Soldatini: Beyond the comfort zone

“For me, working at GE brings you several good things. What I personally like the most is process rigor. It is clear what you can do and what you cannot do. I also like diversity in the working environment. GE has a great variety of people, cultures and locations, and you can benefit from that. And I like improvements: GE is a company that is always looking to improve itself, launching initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, and now “GE works.” You can work in the same department, but effectively change jobs every two to three years.”

Mr.Soldatini
Your short paragraph provide a clear picture of GE,people working there and opportunities to grow
but I find the hiring process very difficult. If you don’t have somebody to recomend (in other companies also),or a network of connections chances to be hired are slim to none.
Graduated from WIT (BS in Mechanical Engineering Degree. Magna Cum Laude)and a lot of experience.
Can You Help me?
Hi Roland,
Connecting with people on LinkedIn is a great first step. First determine the business you’re interested in and where you would like to work, then join the appropriate GE group.
