GOOD DAY;
I have been wanting to work for GE since college. I have had phone interviews and always been the last two for the role an position to be hired. I am MSC and BS degree and security clearance and prior military with a security clearance with extensive experience with jet engines , project engineering and management.
Always the selected too an interviewed as the last two but never hired so what is the formula to be hired with a great background and education and a veteran, but never hired.?
Thank you
George Thomas
