In the last seven years, GE has committed more than $200 million to advancing the quality and equity of K-12 education in seven cities nationwide. Locally, the Fairfield-based company has provided Bridgeport with just under $1 million of that in the last four years. By comparison, GE has invested $25 million in Stamford’s school system.
