2012 Top Supporter of HBCUs

A tenth annual survey by US Black Engineer & Information Technology (USBE&IT) magazine has revealed the corporate and government organizations that are considered most supportive of the nation’s historically Black engineering schools. Participants in the “Top Supporter” survey were the deans of the 14 ABET-accredited, historically Black college and university (HBCU) engineering programs, and the corporate-academic alliance, Advancing Minorities’ Interest in Engineering (AMIE). The survey asked the deans to list the ten corporate and ten government or non-profit organizations that provide the most support to their schools.
