I am looking for new career ops in the southeast, preferably South Carolina, FL, or Alabama. I am a project/systems engineer (14 years exp) and have worked on several major aircraft programs. I have submitted my resume via ge.com, but due to the nature of my work, I cannot go into detail on my resume and I think I am short changing my quals.
Any advice??
Hi Marie,
It sounds like you have secret clearance, in which case you’ll want to search for jobs containing those key words. See http://jobs.gecareers.com/search?q=secret+clearance+United+States for jobs of that nature.
Good luck!
I’m looking for a Telecommunication position in the Chicago area. I’ve applied on line but was told Fire fox no longer handles the website. Who can I contact for this position? I have several years experience and supported over 3,000 users in one building. Thanks

Not sure what you mean about Firefox. If you are experiencing an error please send a note to feedback-ge@jobs2web.com
Hope that helps!
Worked for GE Evendale for 41 years and have watched the employment there dwindle from about 24,000 down to around 5,000. I just wonder if and when any of those jobs will be coming back to Evendale. You could go a long way in helping the local employment rate.

The position sounds perfect for me! I would like to follow up with HR. Does anyone know how to do that?
