Executing on innovation

One constant in all the varied industry sectors GE operates in is the need to innovate successfully. Steve Sargent, CEO, GE Australia and New Zealand, describes how the company approaches the crucial execution challenge for innovation.

somehow irons magnetism, and the magnetism of a copper coil with current flow, seems more like gravity as two different atoms draw towards one another. perhaps, the flow of electrons from valence orbit to valence orbit allows a “window” to be left open and allows the nucleus to express itself.maybe all atoms have these windows, although, different numbers of eletrons orbit various atoms of different weights prducing varying “pulses”. Is gravity just this seemingly varying compilation of magnetic pulses? can h20 have a hybrid pulse different from oxygen or hydrogen suggesting it to preferr the company of other h20 molecules. can we create compounds that attract this compound in space, say, a pulse similar to h2o but different in atomic make-up. perhaps an ordinary coil of a specific frequency? I really need an education and people to cooperate with because this under standing that gravity and magnetism are one and the same has been bugging me nonstop for a year and somehow i know “gravity rods?” are the future of space travel by amplifying distant star magnetism/gavity while also being designed to ignor near body influences. saw a nib magnet jump of a table the other day, ignoring to some degree gavity, to be with a magnet that was in my hand. no wings, no propellers, no jet engines, just an agreement between atomic order.flight by material design. arrgh lol. help! gravity is magnetism? the wife just looks at me like i hit my head or something. got a job? need to find a job that supports education and knows what to do with it.i’ll sweep floors or whatever!seriously
